Privacy
We hold as little about you as the store can function on. This page lists all of it.
What we store
- Your email address and account id. Created when you sign in, and used to attach purchases to you so your downloads are still there next time.
- What you own. Which prompt packs, source packs or plan your account has access to.
- Coupon use. Which code was redeemed and by which account, so a limited code can be limited.
That is the entire list. We do not store card numbers, billing addresses, or payment details of any kind — those never reach our servers.
Who processes it
- Supabase — authentication, and the database holding the records above.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, as merchant of record. They collect what a payment requires, such as card details and billing country for tax, under their own privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation that an order succeeded and which account it belongs to.
- Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, retained briefly for security and debugging.
- Razorpay — payments from India. Razorpay processes your payment details (card, UPI or bank) directly; we receive only the order and payment reference, the amount and your email address.
- Vercel Web Analytics — anonymous, aggregate counts of which pages are visited, where visits come from (for example a campaign link), what is typed into the store search, and how many people start and complete a checkout. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device; visitors are not identified or followed across sites, and no data is shared with advertisers.
- Google Ads— measuring which of our own ads lead to a purchase. If you arrive from one of our Google ads, Google's tag remembers that; if you then buy, it is told that a purchase happened, its amount and an order reference. We send Google no name, email address or payment details, and we do not use it to show you ads based on what you looked at here.
- Google Tag Manager — the loader for the measurement tags described here. It collects nothing itself and sets no cookies of its own.
We do not sell your data, and beyond the ad measurement described above nothing about you is shared with advertisers.
Cookies
The session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a short-lived one that remembers a checkout you started. Our analytics are cookieless.
Outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's ad-measurement cookies (their names begin with _gcl) are also set: they record that a visit came from one of our ads, so a later purchase can be counted. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland they are switched off — the tag runs without storing or reading anything on your device — which is why this site shows no cookie banner there.
We email you about things you bought — receipts and delivery. Buying does not add you to a marketing list as a side effect.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you exactly what is stored against your account, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account also removes your access to anything bought under it, so we will confirm before doing so. Write to support@brandmotion.in and we will action it within 30 days.
Records tied to a completed order may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it, even after an account is deleted.
