Privacy
We hold as little about you as the store can function on. This page lists all of it.
What we store
- Your email address and account id. Created when you sign in, and used to attach purchases to you so your downloads are still there next time.
- What you own. Which prompt packs, source packs or plan your account has access to.
- Coupon use. Which code was redeemed and by which account, so a limited code can be limited.
That is the entire list. We do not store card numbers, billing addresses, or payment details of any kind — those never reach our servers.
Who processes it
- Supabase — authentication, and the database holding the records above.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, as merchant of record. They collect what a payment requires, such as card details and billing country for tax, under their own privacy policy. We receive only the confirmation that an order succeeded and which account it belongs to.
- Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, retained briefly for security and debugging.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we run no advertising or cross-site tracking.
Cookies
One kind: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, which is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to beyond the cookie that makes signing in work.
We email you about things you bought — receipts and delivery. Buying does not add you to a marketing list as a side effect.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you exactly what is stored against your account, correct it, or delete it. Deleting your account also removes your access to anything bought under it, so we will confirm before doing so. Write to support@brandmotion.in and we will action it within 30 days.
Records tied to a completed order may be retained where tax or accounting law requires it, even after an account is deleted.
