Plain terms for a small studio selling digital goods. If anything here is unclear, ask before you buy — support@brandmotion.in.
What you are buying
Every design in the store is sold in one or both of two forms. A prompt pack is the written brief that produced the design — the build instructions, and where applicable the prompts for generating its video and image assets. A source pack is the finished project itself, as a downloadable archive you can run locally. All-Access unlocks every prompt and source pack in the store, including designs added while your access is active.
These are digital goods. Nothing is shipped, and access is granted to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.
Your licence
You may:
- use what you buy in unlimited personal and commercial projects;
- use it in work you deliver to clients, including paid client work;
- modify it, rebrand it, and combine it with your own work;
- deploy the result publicly, with no attribution required.
You may not:
- resell, republish or redistribute the prompt text or source files themselves, modified or unmodified;
- include them in a template marketplace, course, asset bundle or similar product where the files are the thing being sold;
- share your account, or the files, with people outside your team.
The distinction is simple: you are buying the right to build with these files, not the right to distribute them. Shipping a client site built on a pack is fine. Selling the pack is not.
Generated assets
Some packs include video and images produced with generative tools. Those files are provided so a build runs as shown. Rights in AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction and by the terms of the tool that produced it, so treat bundled media as production reference rather than assets with guaranteed exclusivity. If a project needs assets you own outright, regenerate them or commission your own — the prompts to do so are included.
What a prompt can and cannot do
A prompt is a starting point, not a build script. Generative models produce different output between tools and between runs, so running a pack will not reproduce the preview exactly, and reaching it takes iteration. Where you want the design precisely as shown, buy the source pack — that is the finished build rather than a description of it. This is stated on every product page before purchase.
Accounts
Purchases are tied to the account you buy with, so an account is required. You are responsible for what happens under yours. We may suspend access where we find redistribution, payment fraud, or shared credentials.
Payment
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record — they handle the transaction, invoicing, and any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Your card details are never sent to or stored by us. Prices are in US dollars.

Availability and change
The catalogue changes. Designs may be added, revised or withdrawn from sale. Withdrawal does not remove anything you have already bought — purchased packs stay available to download from your account. We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version, and material changes will not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
Liability
These are design and code files sold as-is. We do not warrant that a pack is fit for a particular purpose, free of defects, or that a generative model will reproduce any specific result. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the item in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
