KŌDO — A Model Agency You Can Pick Up
A giant wordmark, a portrait in a red coat, and five polaroids you can throw around the screen.
An editorial one-page site for a made-up model agency, in paper white, black and one red. The preloader shuffles through the board like a contact sheet and fires a camera flash; then KŌDO rises in giant condensed type behind a portrait in a red coat, and five black-and-white polaroids fly in around it. Each one can be dragged and thrown, keeps its momentum, and turns to colour while you hold it. Below, the board lists the models in big type: the row in the middle of the screen lights up and its portrait swaps into a sticky frame with a flash, a ticker and a strip of faces slide past at the speed of the scroll, and an application form closes the page. One HTML file with six generated portraits; GSAP and ScrollTrigger from a CDN.
How to run this
Nothing to install and nothing to configure. Works in any modern browser on Windows, macOS and Linux.

- 1. Unzip the download.
- 2. Double-click index.html. It opens in your browser and runs. To serve it instead (some browsers want a server), run
npx serve .in the folder and openhttp://localhost:3000.
Note — GSAP and ScrollTrigger load from the cdnjs CDN and the typefaces from Google Fonts, so the first load needs an internet connection. The portraits are in the assets folder beside index.html; keep the two together. Upload index.html and assets/ to any static host and it is live.
